Inspired by Kirsty Wiseman....

Having a good nosy at Kirsty's blog and her QVC creations and was inspired to make this card for my niece's birthday on Saturday - what a great way to use up those little pieces of paper that you think you'll never use but can't bear to throw out! - cut different lengths and widths of paper and edged some of them with punches - others I just cut freehand - layer them up in a way that pleases you - I added a strip of white card with a floral embellishment and some xcut alphabet letters - I used a glue pen around the edge of the letters and added some glamour dust - lovely and sparkly - added an extra little daisyflower to one of the strips - love how this turned out.

I am entering this into the following challenges
Top Tip Tuesday - Anything Goes
Make it Monday - Anything Goes
Crafty Emma - Anything Goes

  10. What a clever idea! I may have to take some inspiration from you in order to use up some of my scraps....I might add ribbon scraps as well to give a bit of texture and dimension (and create more space in my ribbon drawer! Lol)

    What a gorgeous card! :-)
