Blushing Bride

Another boxed Wedding Keepsake card using a Lily of the Valley Stamp. I have coloured it using promarkers and added some sparkle with Stickles Glitter glue. The papers are a fabulous colour - the patterned one is Bo Bunny , the rest I had in my stash. I used some white, pink and a metallicy brown card with a gold fleck through it. The lace, ribbon and the hat pin are from a local craft shop, the metal heart I bought at some craft fair and the flowers are from Wild Orchid Crafts.

Cardmaking Class Two - Gift Set

A really enjoyable night last night when we made a little gift set consisting of a card and a milk carton box. We also had a couple more join us bringing the numbers up to 11. The ladies seem to enjoy it and all made fantastic cards and boxes.
Here are my sample cards and boxes. I actually remembered to take some pics of my ladies with their creations - what I didn't remember was to reset the camera from the macro setting -dohh!!  Sorry about the bad pics :(

Now I need to get creating for next week!

Congratulations - Baby Boxed Card

I had a very productive day yesterday and got a few cards made. This is a commissioned baby card which I have made as a trifold and put it in a decorative box. The image is from PC Crafter - Belly Button Babies - and I printed it several times and decoupaged it. The papers are doodlebug and I teamed them with some pink and lemon cardstock. The heart border is a Martha Stewart punch and all the flowers and leaves are punched out as well. I added a few little hearts and some pearls to finish. The ribbon with the little bows on I got from a local craft shop - isn't it gorgeous!

Cardmaking Class One

Well I have completed my first cardmaking class and thoroughly enjoyed it. I had a lovely group of 9 ladies of all ages and a good time was had by all ( I hope lol). We made two cards each, like the ones below. These are my sample cards and the ones I made on the night to demonstrate. I forgot to get a pic of the ladies with their cards but I will try to remember to do that next week. These are the two cards I designed for them to make on their first night.

The ladies hard at work.

A Picture of Concentration!

Now have to get my thinking cap on for next weeks class
