Autumn is here........

...It has certainly turned autumnal here in Northern Ireland - I was inspired by the gorgeous colors of the changing leaves on the trees and made this card for Dad's birthday. The leaves are a clarity stamp -stamped in distress ink and embossed with distress embossing and clear embossing powders - loved how they turned out and got carried away making them lol

Upcycling ........

These storage tins started off life as Green Giant tins of sweetcorn - I have painted them with acyrlic paint and covered them using Madame Payraud adhesive fabric - a few bits of lace, twine and cotton ribbon and they are done

Male Birthday Card

I think we all find men's cards hard to make especially if the man in question doesn't have a particular hobby - this card just uses patterned paper and a wooden feather from Prima -I die cut an oval of this gorgeous paper and matted it on the matching scalloped oval -black and red card stock from Bazzil and vintage photo distress ink -all put onto a 6inch square kraft card

Do you get the feeling that I really like this stamp set from Prima? Lol This time I have just coloured her in with some pro markers and used some matching papers from my ever growing pile of scraps

I finished it off with a few hand cut banners and punched flowers with a wee snippet of lace .
