.....been working on this for a while and I can now show you the results as my daughter has now received it - I made it for their first wedding anniversary as it is paper ... made with 8x8 chipboard covers , black and kraft cardstock and these wonderful papers - Teresa Collins Now and Then Floral - My Minds Eye Lost and Found Ruby Pink lace and another paper I'll have to look up when I get to work - all papers available from Paperworks The Linen Green - fabulous new papers just arrived in - Prima pearl swirls flowers and leaves - ribbons and charms - glamour dust and pearls and wee bit and pieces from my stash -

....covered a few pegs with my Prima Tea Thyme papers - distressed the edges with Gathered Twigs - my new fave distress ink of Tim Holtz - available at Paperworks the Linen Green -added a bit of lace and some buttons - some Stickles glitter glue and a paperclip -- made a little frame type thing that you could pop a photo on or just use them as a wee memo peg - think these would also be great for holding place name cards at a wedding
..... finished and I just love it - I used up all my scraps of this wonderful range of papers and this is the end result - the base is ivory linen card and I used some of my Martha Stewart punches to give a decorative edge - everything was distressed and inked using Gathered Twigs distress ink - I used some Prima flower and leaves on the front along with some leaves and pearl swirls which were part of my prize from the Ribbon Girl- I have added some ribbon - twine- buttons - pearls - lace - stickles glitter glue and a paper clip along with some photos - this is a picture heavy post lol
I am married to Stephen and we have two daughters and a little grandson. We live in the centre of Northern Ireland in a town called Portadown. I work part time and spend most of my free time between crafting and looking after my grandson Ryan who is now three.
